What skills or lessons have you learned recently?

Being coeliac turns every meal into a culinary experiment. One day, a random craving for something you haven’t eaten in years hits, and suddenly it’s a top priority. Before you know it, you’re attempting to recreate the most obscure dishes, telling yourself, “How hard could it possibly be?” (Answer: harder than expected.) But hey, nothing brings out your inner chef quite like a gluten-free challenge.

So, to answer your question, it’s about constantly learning new skills in the kitchen.
