Murati’s Pizzeria in Wellingborough

On Friday, my wife, son, and I treated ourselves to lunch at Murati’s Pizzeria in Wellingborough, and let me tell you—it was a lovely lunch out! This small chain has restaurants in Newport Pagnell, Wellingborough, and Wolverton, and I’m so glad we decided to stop by. The place was warm and welcoming, but the real star of the show? The pizza.

I went for the Meaty Pizza on a gluten-free base (obviously), and wow, it did not disappoint. Picture this: tomato sauce, gooey mozzarella, spicy pepperoni, juicy chicken, tender beef, and flavorful Italian sausage, all on a perfectly crisp crust with just the right amount of crunch and texture. Absolute perfection.

We had an amazing time as a family—the meal was incredible, the service was top-notch, and it was such a treat to share the experience with my wife and son. I’m already planning my next visit. If you haven’t been yet, what are you waiting for. Go treat yourself—you won’t regret it!

Having been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease over 8 years ago but also suffering from symptoms for about 30 years, I decided to take action. Encouraged by this success, I created another group for the Northampton area a couple of years later. Both groups have become a useful resource for people searching for gluten-free dining options in their respective areas.

Recently, I took a bold step to expand even further and launched The GF Table UK. My mission? To share my journey, experiences, and insights on living a gluten-free lifestyle and to help others navigate their own paths with ease. Here’s to many more gluten-free adventures ahead!
