The Power of Support: How My Wife Makes a Difference in My Coeliac Journey

What relationships have a positive impact on you?

The relationship that has the most positive impact on me is with my wife. Being coeliac can feel isolating at times, but her unwavering support makes all the difference. She not only adapts recipes and double-checks ingredients, but she also ensures I never feel like a burden because of my dietary needs.

Her kindness, patience, and genuine care remind me every day how lucky I am to have her by my side. It’s not just about the gluten-free meals—it’s the way she makes me feel seen and understood. That kind of support is truly life-changing.
