I’ve put up a little bird feeder on my kitchen window. Not sure how long it’ll take to get some attention, but I’ve set up a camera next to it in the hopes of capturing some of our feathered friends!

The wild bird seed is a blend of Peas, Millet, Niger Seed, Black Sunflower and Sunflower Hearts.

I am planning on getting some videos and images of birds that come and visit and blogging updates now and again.

Does anyone have any tips for attracting birds? And how long do you think it’ll take for them to show up?

Having been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease over 8 years ago but also suffering from symptoms for about 30 years, I decided to take action. Encouraged by this success, I created another group for the Northampton area a couple of years later. Both groups have become a useful resource for people searching for gluten-free dining options in their respective areas.

Recently, I took a bold step to expand even further and launched The GF Table UK. My mission? To share my journey, experiences, and insights on living a gluten-free lifestyle and to help others navigate their own paths with ease. Here’s to many more gluten-free adventures ahead!
