Missed Froth Fest? I’d Really Love to Know Why

Help shape future gluten-free events with a quick feedback form

Planning an event is a bit like baking gluten-free bread from scratch. You do all the prep, follow all the steps, put your heart into it… and sometimes, despite everything, it still doesn’t rise.

That’s how Froth Fest 2025 turned out.

After weeks of planning, promoting, and pouring love into the idea of a fun, inclusive night out for the gluten-free community — I had to cancel. And I won’t lie… it stung.

But here’s the thing: I don’t just want to mope about it (although trust me, I’ve already had that moment with a sad pint and a disappointed stare). I want to understand what went wrong — and how I can make the next event better, more appealing, and more accessible for the people who actually matter: you.

So — what stopped you from coming?

  • Maybe the date didn’t work.
  • Maybe the ticket price wasn’t quite right.
  • Maybe you weren’t sure if it was “your kind of thing.”
  • Or maybe you just forgot (hey, we’ve all been there).

Whatever the reason, I’d love it if you could take a couple of minutes to fill out this short feedback form. It’s anonymous (unless you want to leave your email), and it’ll help me understand what people want from gluten-free events going forward.

Why bother filling it out?

Because these events aren’t just for me — they’re for the community. For everyone who’s ever said:

  • “I’d love to go out, but I don’t trust the food.”
  • “I wish there were more gluten-free nights near me.”
  • “Why does everything have to involve bloody gluten?”

Your voice could help shape something that you (and others like you) actually want to attend — whether that’s a beer night, a street food market, a speaker panel, or something completely different.

Thanks again to everyone who supported Froth Fest, whether by buying a ticket, sharing the event, or just cheering it on from the sidelines. This isn’t the end — just a pause. The gluten-free fun will be back. But next time, it’ll be shaped by the people who matter most.

You.

Some of the earlier images on this site are AI-generated because, let’s be honest, I had neither the time nor the skills to snap Pinterest-worthy photos while juggling another job. But hey, practice makes progress! These days, I’m feeling much braver behind the camera. Happy reading (and judging my photos), everyone!
