From Confusion to Clarity: My Journey to Going Gluten-Free

Going gluten-free turned my world upside down. It wasn’t just about avoiding certain foods—it meant relearning how to eat, cook, and navigate everyday life.

For years, I struggled with mystery health issues and a string of wrong diagnoses. Finally getting answers was a relief, but figuring out how to actually live with it? That was a whole new challenge. Cooking at home became my comfort zone (after plenty of trial and error), while eating out meant asking endless questions and always having a backup plan.
