I Didn’t Know How Unwell I Was… Until I Wasn’t

A claymation-style bearded man with a red-brown beard steps from a dull, grey space into a bright, colourful kitchen filled with natural light and gluten-free food, symbolising his journey to better health after coeliac diagnosis.

New post now live on Substack for Coeliac Awareness Month.

For years, I thought all the weird symptoms I was having were just “part of life.”
The tiredness. The mouth ulcers. The daily stomach drama. The headaches that hung around like bad weather.
Turns out, my body was basically waving a white flag and I didn’t know it.

Some of the earlier images on this site are AI-generated because, let’s be honest, I had neither the time nor the skills to snap Pinterest-worthy photos while juggling another job. But hey, practice makes progress! These days, I’m feeling much braver behind the camera. Happy reading (and judging my photos), everyone!
