Small Changes for a Healthier Lifestyle

Daily writing prompt
What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

Stop pretending that “just one more scroll” on Instagram is a reward and not a trap.

But seriously? Drinking more water.

Not the exciting answer, I know—but I’ve spent years carefully dehydrating myself with coffee and good intentions. A proper water bottle on my desk, and suddenly my brain feels less like a dried-up mushroom and more like something vaguely capable of human thought. It’s a small thing, but it helps with energy, mood, and even those annoying “Why do I have a headache again?” moments.

It’s not a life overhaul—it’s just… hydration.
(Plus, now I get to judge my past self for thinking three espressos and a slice of gluten-free toast was a balanced start to the day.)

Some of the earlier images on this site are AI-generated because, let’s be honest, I had neither the time nor the skills to snap Pinterest-worthy photos while juggling another job. But hey, practice makes progress! These days, I’m feeling much braver behind the camera. Happy reading (and judging my photos), everyone!
