This review focuses on the spaghetti🍝, not necessarily the Bolognese, as you already know the sauce should be gluten-free. I’m baffled as to how you could sneak gluten into a Bolognese sauce, but hey, stranger things have happened! However, I must say, the spaghetti would just be ordinary spaghetti if it weren’t for my wife’s incredible Bolognese.
Now, I say this with no exaggeration: this is one of the best gluten-free pastas I’ve ever had. My wife isn’t gluten-free, but when we whip up a dish🍽️ like this, we always use the same pasta. Over the years, we’ve endured some truly terrible brands—either they’re so thin they fall apart or they stick together like glue. But we’ve also come across some real gems💎 that are almost indistinguishable from regular pasta. That’s where my wife comes in—she’s adamant that this brand is her all-time favourite and I agree.

In conclusion, the pasta was excellent. It didn’t fall apart, didn’t stick, and wasn’t starchy at all. It cooked perfectly al dente, just as the packet suggested. The only downside is the price💰—it can be a bit on the expensive side. So, in today’s climate, maybe save this one for your top-tier meals. Trust me, it’s worth every penny.
