Your Coeliac Resource: In the UK and Beyond

Today, I had the pleasure of trying Khaman for the first time. At a farewell gathering for one of our colleagues, he brought in these savory delights made by himself and his wife. They were not only gluten-free but also incredibly delicious. The delicate flavor made for a truly enjoyable treat. I highly recommend trying…

So you’re going to think I’m a little weird, but when I was a kid, I had this bizarre aversion to chocolate cake. Chocolate itself? Couldn’t get enough of it. But cake? Nah, I wouldn’t go near it. Fast forward, and I’m now a self-proclaimed adult with a serious love for the stuff. When I…

I’ve recently discovered ‘Emma Basic’ Gluten Free Soy Sauce on Amazon, and it’s been a game-changer! Not only is it reasonably priced, but it also has a delightful taste. Hello,

Having been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease over 8 years ago but also suffering from symptoms for about 30 years, I decided to take action. A few years back, I launched a Facebook group to help fellow gluten-free diners in Milton Keynes find the best places to eat. The group quickly became a little sensation. Encouraged by this success, I created another group for the Northampton area a couple of years later. Both groups have become a useful resource for people searching for gluten-free dining options in their respective areas.
Recently, I took a bold step to expand even further and launched The GF Table UK. My mission? To share my journey, experiences, and insights on living a gluten-free lifestyle and to help others navigate their own paths with ease. Here’s to many more gluten-free adventures ahead!
