The Cookie Cake by The Authentic Kitchen UK

My second post from the Gluten-Free Festival at Chester House is all about the Nutella Cookie 🍪Cake from The Authentic Kitchen—and let me tell you, this cookie was so good, I honestly couldn’t tell the difference from what I remember “regular” cookies tasting like.

Soft, a little chewy, and absolutely bursting with a rich Nutella center, it was everything a cookie should be. You know how store-bought gluten-free cookies 🍪are always crunchy? Don’t get me wrong, they’re fine, but nothing compares to the melt-in-your-mouth softness of a freshly baked treat like this. No grittiness, no weird aftertaste—just pure, chocolatey bliss!

I’ll definitely be ordering from these guys again—resistance is absolutely futile when something tastes this good! It’s just too hard to stay away.

Some of the earlier images on this site are AI-generated because, let’s be honest, I had neither the time nor the skills to snap Pinterest-worthy photos while juggling another job. But hey, practice makes progress! These days, I’m feeling much braver behind the camera. Happy reading (and judging my photos), everyone!
