My second post from the Gluten-Free Festival at Chester House is all about the Nutella Cookie šŖCake from The Authentic Kitchenāand let me tell you, this cookie was so good, I honestly couldnāt tell the difference from what I remember āregularā cookies tasting like.
Soft, a little chewy, and absolutely bursting with a rich Nutella center, it was everything a cookie should be. You know how store-bought gluten-free cookies šŖare always crunchy? Donāt get me wrong, theyāre fine, but nothing compares to the melt-in-your-mouth softness of a freshly baked treat like this. No grittiness, no weird aftertasteājust pure, chocolatey bliss!
Iāll definitely be ordering from these guys againāresistance is absolutely futile when something tastes this good! Itās just too hard to stay away.
