Northamptonshire Coeliac Group Café Meet Up’s 2025

A colourful collage featuring various gluten-free foods and coffee-themed images. Highlights include a gluten-free sandwich with a small sign reading “GLUTEN FREE,” a cup of cappuccino with latte art, espresso cups on wooden surfaces, coffee beans both whole and ground, a scoop in a pile of beans, gluten-free muffins on a green plate, and a rustic place setting with the words “gluten free” spelled out in wooden blocks. The background is a vibrant abstract mix of reds, greens, yellows, and pinks.

Relaxed, gluten-free get-togethers—no RSVP needed

Looking for a relaxed way to connect with others who live gluten-free? Our café meet-ups are just the thing. No formalities, no pressure—just turn up, grab a drink or a bite to eat, and have a chat with others who get it.

These meet-ups have been lovingly organised by Nicola Walpole, who has been bringing the gluten-free community together for a couple of years now. With her incredible knack for picking the best coeliac-safe cafés, Nicola makes sure every meet-up is a safe and supportive space. She’s the heart behind these events—so if you spot her, be sure to say hi!

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, a seasoned coeliac, or just exploring gluten-free foods, everyone is welcome. These casual gatherings take place at coeliac-safe venues, so you can relax and enjoy yourself without worry.

Check out the upcoming dates and locations below—and if you’re nearby, come say hello. We’d love to meet you!

A bearded man with slicked-back dark hair and a maroon polo shirt smiling warmly while holding a grey mug of coffee towards the camera.

Some of the earlier images on this site are AI-generated because, let’s be honest, I had neither the time nor the skills to snap Pinterest-worthy photos while juggling another job. But hey, practice makes progress! These days, I’m feeling much braver behind the camera. Happy reading (and judging my photos), everyone!
