After years of blog posts, label scanning, crumb-dodging, and cheese experimentation, I’ve finally done it — I’ve pulled together my first ever gluten-free mini ebook. It’s short, satisfying, and (just like my cooking) full of flavour, carbs, and a bit of mischief.
And yes — it’s completely free.
What is it?
No Gluten, No Problem – The GF Table’s First Recipe Collection is a downloadable mini ebook featuring 5 proper gluten-free recipes that I cook at home. No fancy ingredients, no faff — just meals I genuinely love.
What’s inside?
- Camembert Mash with Pan-Seared Picanha Steak
Fancy-feeling but dead easy — this one’s made for date night or midweek self-care. - Crispy Fried Gluten-Free Gnocchi with Chilli Butter & Parmesan
Crispy, spicy, and wildly addictive. You’ll never boil gnocchi again. - Crème Brûlée Pancakes
Soft, golden, and finished with that perfect sugary crunch. Yes, this is a real thing. Yes, it works. - Spicy Pasta with Mushrooms & Peppers
Fast, fiery, and made for weeknights. Big flavour, minimal effort. - EXCLUSIVE: Spaghetti Bolognese with Camembert Garlic Bread
A rich, slow-simmered gluten-free Bolognese… served with gooey, golden Camembert-slathered garlic bread.
This one’s only available in the mini ebook — I’ve never published it on the blog.
Why I made this
When I was diagnosed with coeliac disease, I felt like I was losing food. Favourite meals. Familiar habits. Joy, even. But gluten-free life isn’t about giving things up — it’s about rebuilding joyfully. This mini ebook is my way of sharing that joy with you.
I’ll be honest — I’ve wanted to create something like this for a long time.
Not just a recipe collection, but something more useful, more beautiful, and more readable than a long blog scroll. And because it’s the first one I’ve ever done, I wanted to keep it small — just a few of my favourite recipes to start. But there’s more to come. I’m already thinking about the next mini ebook… and maybe even a full gluten-free cookbook one day. For now, this is my way of saying: here’s something helpful, made with care — no fluff, no gimmicks, just good food.
It’s a starter pack of sorts — a taste of the kind of real, honest food I believe coeliacs deserve. You know, the stuff that fills you up and makes you happy to cook again.
